Except I have 8GB of RAM instead of 16GB. I cheaped out on the amount of RAM, biggest regret ever. Chrome tabs eat all my RAM, I'll have to get more later.:P Anyway, turn down EE Cyclerate. I don't know who told you to turn that all the way up but whoever it was, they're an idiot. Turn VU Cycle Stealing all the way down too. Cycle hacks (specially VU Cycle Stealing) can cause problems so don't use them unless you really need to. With a PC like yours, very rarely will you need to. Your VU and EE/IOP Round Modes are on Nearest instead of Chop/Zero; mind if I ask you why? Default should be fine for most games. Mind showing me a screencap of your GSdx Plugin Settings? I'd also love to see that cel shader in action.:D • • • • •. Ah yes, the mighty SotC. Yeah you'll probably need those cycle hacks for that game. XD Just make sure you turn them back off when you're playing other games. The Round Mode settings should be set back to default though, I doubt those affect anything in SotC. I'd switch from using a custom resolution to using the scaler as custom resolutions are known to cause problems at times. I'd also tell you to immediately switch to the Direct3D11 hardware renderer, since the Direct3D9 renderer is old and pretty shitty. Also set your 'Extra rendering threads' to 2 (maybe 3 depending on the game) in case you ever need to run a game using a software renderer (like Ratchet & Clank which looks like poop in hardware renderers due to the missing mipmapping support), you'll have better performance.
